This was my first time as a home seller. Dane gave me valuable insight as far as what I should work on for the sake of buyers. My place was sold as-is and Needed work. Dane's opinions saved me from wasting time and effort with non-essentials. While I made no major repairs I was able to do enough to give the buyers an idea of what it could be.
